1. Ingest
Point LuxonLink at your document sources: shared drives, SharePoint, Google Drive, or local folders. We support PDF, DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, TXT, and MD files.
Auto-sync keeps your knowledge base current as documents change.
2. Chunk
Smart document parsing: We break documents into logical sections while preserving context. Headers, paragraphs, and tables are analyzed to maintain meaning.
Parent-child chunking preserves more context for every answer.
3. Embed
Semantic vector embeddings: Each chunk is converted to a mathematical representation that captures meaning, not just keywords.
This allows LuxonLink to find relevant info even when questions use different words.
4. Retrieve
Lightning-fast semantic search: When a user asks a question, LuxonLink searches the vector database to find the most relevant document sections.
Role-based filters ensure users only see authorized content.
5. Answer
AI generates precise responses: Using only the retrieved context, LuxonLink crafts an answer in natural language.
If the answer isn't in your docs, LuxonLink says so to reduce hallucinations.
6. Cite
Clickable source references: Every answer includes citations that link directly to the source document and page number.
Users can verify answers and read full context with one click.
